Lotte Eco Smart City Thu Thiem is developed by Lotte Properties HCMC Co., Ltd. on roughly 7.54 hectares in Functional Zone 2A.
In June 2026, Lotte signed an investment partnership with Phat Dat. By the end of July 2026, the developer had fully paid the land use fee. Product types and pricing are still to be announced.

As of this page's last update, the developer has not announced an official sales schedule. Leave your contact and we'll let you know as soon as there is official news — no guesswork.
Can I place a deposit or reservation now?
No. Until the project is legally cleared for sale, Achieve Realty VN accepts no reservation payments. If anyone is collecting deposits now, ask for the legal basis before transferring money.
Will there be residences?
Recent announcements describe Grade-A offices, retail, services and hospitality. Any residential component and its details are pending the developer's release.
Can foreigners buy?
